1. Research Use Only
- •All products are sold strictly for laboratory, research, and development purposes.
- •Products are not intended for human consumption, medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
- •Products are not approved by the FDA, DEA, or any regulatory agency.
- •By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher, institution, or adult 21+ capable of handling such materials responsibly.
2. Assumption of Risk
- •You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding purchase, possession, and use.
- •You assume all risk related to storage, handling, and application of the products.

3. Product Information

4. Orders, Payments & Chargebacks
- •All payments must be made using approved payment methods (Debit Cards, Credit Cards).
- •By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting HelixPep for resolution.
- •Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of purchasing privileges and pursuit of recovery costs.
5. Shipping & Risk
- •Orders are processed and shipped promptly after payment.
- •Once handed to the carrier, risk of loss or delay transfers to the customer.
- •Customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and import restrictions in their jurisdiction.
- •If a package is lost or seized, HelixPep may, at its discretion, offer a one-time courtesy reship or partial store credit. This is not guaranteed.
6. Returns & Refunds
- •Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.
- •Refunds or returns are not accepted once products leave our facility.
- •Exceptions may be made in rare cases of documented shipping damage or incorrect fulfillment.
7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HelixPep, its owners, employees, affiliates, and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

- •Violation of applicable laws
- •Injury, loss, or damages caused directly or indirectly by purchased products

- •Orders placed by minors or unauthorized persons will be voided.
